SHIPPING POLICY

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Pune, Maharashtra by courier. Until further notice, all dispatches and deliveries will be delayed due to interruption in logistics functioning caused by Covid 19. Unfortunately we cannot commit to dispatch or delivery timelines during this time and request you to bear with us.

Due to Covid-19 safety protocols while we are currently accepting online orders to ship within India and worldwide, due to changing nature of the situation, we reserve the right to pause deliveries to any country at any time if so warranted.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc.However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Alanna Naturally Beautiful is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery.
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.

 Cash on Delivery Orders:

2-3 working days for all metro cities (Monday to Saturday).
An additional day may be required for remote areas.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Alanna Naturally Beautiful takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery.

Returns & Refund Policy

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we will not be able to accept product exchanges or initiate refunds at this point in time to ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers. For any queries feel free to reach out to our customer care team at alannanaturallybeautiful@gmail.com and we will be happy to clarify your concerns.

Exceptions will be made ONLY in the case that there is a quality concern wherein our teams will examine the products returned to verify if the product is in a condition to be exchanged. We will then issue a product exchange with an authorization number for any product that is returned in a saleable and undamaged condition, in its original packaging, within 7 calendar days of the delivery date. Please note orders for Gift boxes are not applicable for exchange or refund here.

Alanna Naturally Beautiful is not responsible for damage after delivery.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return is complete.

Return/exchange requests that qualify as per the exceptions mentioned above are subject to an inspection and checking by the Alanna Naturally Beautiful Team. If you claim a leakage in the product or if it was damaged during the delivery process, please send us an email with the product and inner and outer packaging and the batch number, within 48 hours of the delivery. We shall take 48-72 hours to review the images and revert back.

In the case of a quality issue highlighted our team will request to have the product sent back to our factory for a quality assessment, the quality report will then be available post 7 working days from receiving the product for quality check. If the product passes the test and matches the complain, we shall initiate return/exchange process. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under our Exchange/Returns Policy. Exchange of product due to allergic/skin reactions is not applicable.

No cash refunds are permitted.

An item is eligible for exchange or refund only if it fulfils the exception mentioned above and the following conditions:

  • Sold in a physically damaged condition.
  • Has missing parts or accessories.
  • Product packaging not opened, product not used.
